This collar is no joke. My dog is normally super vocal anytime she hears ANYTHING. As soon as it charged, I set it on the lowest setting and while she has barked a few times, it definitely curbed the ridiculous amount of barking. And the few times that she did bark - it was justified because of what was going on and why she was barking. I can't recommend this enough and now it seems that I need another one for of my other dogs. Apparently when she wasn't barking like crazy, he decided that he needed to pick up her slack.
