Everything Juicer.deals does today, what each feature is for, and where to start.
Quick start for sellers
Three steps from signup to your first deal going live:
- Connect your Amazon account via SP-API in Amazon Accounts. Your catalog, inventory, orders, and brands sync automatically.
- Load coupon codes into the Coupon Pool — one pool per ASIN, percent-off or fixed-amount, single-use or multi-use.
- Launch a deal from Promotions Hub → My Products. Pick an ASIN, attach a pool, and shoppers in your marketplace can request a code.

Seller FAQ
How do I connect my Amazon account?
Go to Amazon Accounts, click "Connect," choose your marketplace region, and authorize through Amazon. The first sync pulls your catalog, inventory, orders, and brands — typically 3–15 minutes for the initial backfill, depending on catalog size.
What's the difference between a Coupon Pool and a Sales Booster deal?
A pool is your stockpile of codes for one ASIN. A deal is a campaign that pulls codes from a pool and presents them to shoppers. The same pool can power a Sales Booster, a Landing Page, and a Telegram broadcast — the system handles atomic allocation so the same code never gets issued twice.
Can I send custom marketing emails to my buyers?
No. Messaging uses Amazon's official APIs (Solicitations + Buyer Messaging) which only allow pre-approved transactional templates — shipping confirmation, return assistance, warranty info, the official "Request a Review" message. Custom marketing emails violate Amazon's policies and can suspend your account. We don't offer that path.
Where does my review history come from?
Keepa. We snapshot review_count and average rating daily for every tracked ASIN. The Review Tracker chart and "+N reviews in 7d" cards both read from this history. When Amazon merges or unmerges variation listings, the public review count can jump sharply — those snapshots are accurate to what Amazon showed publicly at the time.
What's the difference between Sales Booster and Landing Pages?
Sales Booster publishes one deal per product at /item/{slug}/. Shoppers request a coupon directly. Landing Pages capture an email first, then drip codes from your pool over time — better for list building and longer engagement. Both pull from the same Coupon Pool.
Quick start for shoppers
How to find deals and earn your first coupon:
- Browse Deals — the live feed of products with available coupons across the marketplaces you care about.
- Request a coupon on a product you'd genuinely buy. The seller approves and the code lands in your Coupons dashboard with an expiry timer.
- Apply the code on Amazon within 24 hours. Letting it expire hurts your shopper rank.

How does the coupon request flow work?
Click "Request Coupon" on any deal. The seller reviews and approves (or rejects). Approved codes appear in My Coupons with a 24-hour expiry. Apply the code on Amazon during checkout. After your order, mark the code "Used" and paste the Amazon order ID — that completes the loop and counts toward your rank.
How does the shopper ranking work?
Your rank is based on the last 90 days of activity: logins, deal claims, completed orders, reviews left, content quality. Higher rank = more visibility to sellers = more coupon offers approved. Letting coupons expire without using them hurts your rank — only request what you'll actually buy.
My coupon code isn't working on Amazon. What do I do?
Confirm three things: you're on the same Amazon marketplace the deal targeted (US deals don't work on amazon.com.mx and vice versa), the code hasn't expired, and you typed it exactly. If all three check out, click "Report" on the coupon — the seller is notified and your rank isn't penalised.
How do I get paid for the referral program?
Once your referral balance hits $50, an Amazon gift card is issued to the email on your account. Anti-fraud verification: only friends who sign up from your link AND make a verified purchase count. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are detected and rejected.
What's the Review Request offer? Is it about leaving fake reviews?
No. A seller can offer you a discount on a NEW product in exchange for an HONEST review on a DIFFERENT product you already own and have shipped. You can review positively or negatively — that's the deal. We don't broker fake reviews and Amazon's policies forbid it.
