The shape of this item is perfect for a slow feeder ~ making it just enough of a challenge to slow your pet down without causing frustration. The feeder is sturdy and and I love the pink color. I am giving this three stars because the description states it is non-slip, but with our dog (15lb terrier) it moves around a lot. If there was a suction cup added underneath this would help tremendously.
