I really enjoy my hand grips. The purchase came with 3. A 30 40 and 50 lb grip. They are very easy to carry around and easy to use to strengthen your forearms and grip. The Amazon listing does a great job in detailing the different ways you can use the grips and different body parts it strengthens.
