I appreciate when a company has top notch customer service because, let's face it... not every purchase will "WOW" you. For this reason, I'm giving 5 stars. The pants didn't fit but the company stood behind me and promptly refunded my purchase. You can't expect every purchase to be perfectly aligned to your needs, but when a company has this level of customer support I will surely see what other products they offer even though this product didn't meet my needs.
