I received this item and the packaging of the item was horrible. I reached out to the company and let them know and they offered great customer service. 

The product itself works really well. The words on the vacuum are in chinese I think. But its self explanatory. I would definitely shop fro. This retailer again. I have told a friend about the item and since then she has purchased, way better shipping for her. She loves it.
