this doesn't smell as great as the typical Hemp lotions I normally get.  But it does smell alright.  It's not too great/ouly either.  I put some in my arm that was sore,  after a while I felt the icy hot like feeling,  it felt good. Loosened up the muscle in my arm and did help some.  Haven't used it but that one time.  I plan to continue to use it!
