I've been using this for a few days and I have seen an improvement in my mood an mental focus at work so I know that I will definitely see more results as the days go by. I liked the geltabs they aren't too big so they are easy to swallow and they don't ghav a fishy taste which is very good so definitely a product that is showing great promise.
