I do like my new practice drum pad its made with dense rubber and high quality materials the base is solid wood and the top is a mix of dense rubber and plastic materials but will last a long time. There's different spots on the pad that produce distinct sounds which sound similar to the actual drum just muted. The bottom is very durable but soft enough not to leave scratches on whatever I put it on plus I can securely put it on a drum base with the threaded screw on the bottom I also like the red part on top.
