The magnets were out and loose in the package when i recieved this. I tried putting them back in and wearing them, but then most of the rest of the magnets popped out! The pads are very hard and were mostly uncomfortable, until I got used to them and then they did n\have a slight massage feel to them. Other than that I didn't notice any benefit to wearing them!
