What a waste of money!

I purchased these screen protectors withthe idea that I would be able to use at least one of them on my iPhone however, when I opened the package that was holding the screen protectors, I saw that they both were cracked. That very night,  I emailed the seller and explained the situation and I am still waiting to hear something back from them. I have purchased another item from this seller but I have never had to email them about the previous item being broken. At this point, I don't know if I would purchase anything from this seller again.
