This isn't like your other cases that carry more protection from dropping it. It's nice because it is thin but if your like me I drop my phone a lot because I loose feeling in my hands. The phone never broke with this case however I started really taking a beating and I didn't feel like it would continue to work. If ur not like me and an occasional drop I think u maybe fine.
