Damaged

I will start out with I've already ready reached out to the seller. So I received an oddly shaped box. To my surprise it was my broom dustpan set. It was tapped with I think an entire roll of tape and thin cardboard to enclose it. However once I gotten it open to my surprise the dustpan was broken on the top and looked melted on the bottom. I did not bother to continue to unwrap anything else as the main item was damaged. I will update with any updates or if seller sends a replacement. As of right now it's a 1 ????.
