Bought these bands for my husband during quarantine since the gyms are closed and he loves them. Lots of resistance variations since you can combine colors. The best this is that there a is a rubber ball anchor thing that you can place in a closed door for wall exercises. This is perfect since many of these sets needs to be achored to a wall and I have no interest in having him permanently hang one of these inside the house. His only comment was that the handles were a little small for him but he would buy again, no regrets.
