Good Quality, These wrist bells from Koogel are comfortable and allow kids to play music or just experiment with sound. 

You do get 4 nylon wrist bells. The bells are metal sewn on a nice thick, yet comfortable, nylon wrist band. You get 2 punk and 2 blue bands. 

For under $10 this is a descent price.
