I have to review within 5 days of receiving the item, which doesn't give me an accurate period of at least a month to see if I have any gut changes from the probiotic. That said, it doesn't upset my sensitive stomach either. I've never had matcha so I wasn't sure. I will update this review when I finish the product. The pills are capsules and go down easily.
