These insoles are nice and thick. They do add a little height, but also add to the support of your shoe. Depending on the type of shoe that you use them in, you may need to trim them a little. They are wide and fit great in boots. The material is very durable and better than any store bought ones that I have ever tried. These are definately worth purchasing.
