I used the included cable and fully charged this up after receiving it. The motor is large enough to basically fill the entire cavity of the fish. There’s a plastic piece that fits down into the tail of the fish which makes the tail move. It kind of just flops up and down. I am fostering five 8 week old kittens and kittens will normally play with anything but not this. My kittens are terrified of this thing and want nothing to do with it. The fish makes a very loud mechanical noise when it moves that scares the kittens. The hard plastic motor knocks if you put the fish on a wood floor. I ended up giving this to my neighbor. I hope maybe her cats will be interested in it because mine will not go near it.
