This massage ball is great for travels and compact to move with you. It's rechargeable with usb cord which is great. The only thing is it does vibrate and you have to hold on to the ball while you move it up and down your shoulder or neck, the controls is hard and I find myself turning it off after couple minis cuz of the vibration it gives off. Overall I enjoyed the concept and its very travel friendly
