This Gummies work well.have great taste can feel them working as eating smaller meals after 3days. Suggest taking 2 before breakfast  1 before lunch and 2 before dinner. I know everyone is different this is what is working for me. I wake at 330 am and in bed before 830 pm daily. Great to be on schedule
