Not really effective

I was very excited to try this eye serum out because I'm a very busy person and I lack sleep, so I have dark undereye circles and puffiness as well. I used this serum day and night for a week and noticed no difference in my dark circles at all. The only thing I noticed was that it did somewhat help my puffiness,but only at the time of application. It felt as if it was firming my undereye but throughout the day, I'd look in the mirror and they'd be puffy again. Not sure if I need something stronger or what, but this was not very effective for me.
