I been using this over a month now and honestly don't see much changes. I recommend maybe using with a firming cream or bare skin. There are 3 settings blue is the lower setting green middle setting red is high. I prefer the green and red. It does get a little warm but nothing to bad. Maybe more uses and I'll notice more.
