The pillow is fluffy and not too hard for the baby. I would definitely recommend it for children and babies. At first I thought it was going to be bigger but its perfect for a toddler, the minute i opened it and put thw pillow case on my son laid on it and never let go! It was super soft, fluffy and comfy! Im guessing theres maybe feathers in it the way it goes down and fluffs back up. Love it!
