The case fits my 5-inch screen phone perfectly. It is well-designed and works as a perfect accessory and is very useful for someone with a bad back. Now I don’t have to carry a heavy purse on my shoulder if I decide to go out walking or if I go out shopping. I can place my phone around my neck or attach it to my arm with the included strap.
The clear plastic front makes it easy to use my calculator and I can add a couple of coupons in the case if I decide I want to use coupons during my shopping trip. I did my own test on the case by placing it in a two-quart tub of water with an old phone inside. The case with the phone inside floated up during the test and did not sink to the bottom as I had more water. Even though I add more water both phone and case remain buoyant.
The phone came out dry. Of course, the outside of the case was wet. However, the inside remains dry throughout my experiment. All I had to do was dry the case with a towel and it was ready to be used. No water seeped inside the case during the test and after I removed the case from the tub. I was able to power the phone and program it the same day. I even downloaded a free app just to test the phone and it worked perfectly.
I do not recommend that anyone to use a brand new phone to replicate my test. The choice was mine to make. No review was required for me to post that review. I was interested to see if this case was really waterproof and the price of my test was priceless.
I have attached a video tape of my test run of the case. I am not a videographer this is my first video. So don’t judge. I did the best I could. I give this case a five plus for design, innovation, and ingenuity. Thanks for reading.
