Initially when I tried these gummies I was not sure what to expect. I'd had a headache that day and I took 2 gummies, my headache left instantly and I felt able to go about my day. But I did not notice the gummies making me tired, in fact, they seemed to be more energizing. I will definitely be buying more as I feel these are very beneficial.
