So far it does help me sleep better

I don't have anxiety or anything like that, but I do have issues sleeping well and deep.  On the nights that I took a full dose of this hemp oil, I did sleep better.

They recommend holding the dosage in your mouth for 30-60 seconds for best absorbtion, so that's what I've always done.  It doesn't taste bad.  There aren't any flavors added to it or anything artificial.  It just kinda tastes green.

I like the fact that it's full spectrum hemp oil  and not just hemp seed oil (which doesn't have as many benefits).  It's the closest thing to CBD that I can currently afford.

Only thing I wish is that they would mark the dropped with measurements so I know how much of a dose I'm getting.
