I used something like this all winter to keep from getting the flu and colds that normally go around work and made it! Now there is a summer cold going around and I have been taking these to make sure I don't come down with that. It seems to be doing its job because so far so good. The flavor is pretty good so it is easy to take. I tend to grab it when I am running out the door to work and like I said, it is working for me.
