Well made

After the holidays, I can use a little help getting rid of those 5 lbs I gained and I wanted something that would help me get it off.  I felt it most in my gut so this seemed perfect.  I used to have one a few years ago and I definitely had a decrease in my waist.  I wear this throughout the day, but especially when working out and it makes me sweat so much and decreases my waist.  I love this thing and will be using it as long as it lasts.  I think it will last a very long time because it is well made of neoprene.
