These are aluminum bike brake handles, including a set of 2 brake cables. The original wheelchair plastic brake levers broke after about 2 years, very disappointing. Replacement OEM plastic levers cost $25 each. These metal levers cost us only 13 bucks, and they are even color-matched to the frame of the wheelchair, very happy :)
