I needed these to clean some mold and paint. It did a great job minimizing my exposure. I did still get a little sick from inhaling some spores but not very much. Just some sneezing and watery eyes mostly. Next we plan to use them to paint the house. Im sure they will do wonders. Its nice to get a multipack for such a good deal because they are rather pricey at the hardware stores and lowes
