I don't have a ton of "regular" items in my trunk.  But when we go on a hike, or go and visit a friend, there's always "stuff" that my kids bring along and when they are done with it for the time being, it just gets thrown on the floor or rolls around in the trunk.  This is a LIFE SAVER!!
