I bought this with the hopes it will help with my fibromyalgia symptoms and it has seemed to help. The fatty acids in this are good for you, your skin and hair. I take this at night and I sleep so much better. It has a peppermint flavor that is both refreshing and tastes good. The consistency is almost watery so it is easier to handle. The shipping was super quick!
