I think, unfortunately, I was expecting too much from these because I have been using them for a few days and I haven’t noticed much of a difference, if any. I take it when I’m feeling anxious and don’t notice a difference. I also am not a huge fan of the taste, but I haven’t really had any hemp products, so I assume it’s due to that.
I will continue to use these to see if I see any difference and updated depending on.
