I've only been taking these a short while but I have noticed that I am not snacking as much as I was before I started these capsules (which is a start!).
They are easy to swallow capsules.
When you open the bottle you can definitely smell the garlic and the vinegar however, there is no after taste. There are also no cider/garlic burps. Best thing is that I get 1700 MG of raw apple cider vinegar without having to taste it!!
I'm anxious to see how my energy levels do with these.
