It cleans with soap and water. The white vibration piece slides out easily to change batteries also when u receive theres a piece of paper to save the batteries make sure u remove before using. I almost emailed to say it wasnt working till I seen that. The ring stretches alot. Most men should have no problem using. But the point is to be snug. Not cut all circulation off. So keep a eye on that. Havent had that happen at all with this one. Has a very stronge vibration which is nice. very enjoyable as long as used right always read the instructions. If there isnt any go online and look. This one does come with instructions.
