I love these insoles the material is nice and soft with the air cushion it feels like a nice pair of air Jordan's and the hieght increase is incredible and discreet but you can't wear them all day after a few hours you do feel a bit of discomfort but I'm sure as my foot gets used to bieng in that angle I will feel it less.otherwise it's a great product.
