PU Leather and definitely NOT for a small dog

I have never been so disappointed with a purchase as I rescue animals and every penny counts. I was so excited to find a leather collar for one of my smaller rescues as he has a skin condition that prevents him from wearing fabric ones.
I ordered this one and when it came, you could tell by the smell it wasn't real leather. Also as the owner of a jewelry store who deals with hundreds of watches and watch bands, I can tell from a mile away the difference between PU Leather and Genuine Leather.
I figured I would give it a go on another one of my dog's, a terrier, just as studded on the collar, it was huge. As you can now tell from the attached pictures its now being worn by my Australian Shepherd, a 40 lb MEDIUM SIZED DOG that is until it cracks and falls off.
False item material listed as well as size, unhappy is an understatement!
