Apple Cider Vinegar is good for many things, one of which is helping support good health. These come in gummies, which are not usually something I go for, but I decided to give them a try....and I was pleasantly surprised. I have to say that these Gummies certainly taste better than taking ACV straight. With such an easy delivery system, it is a breeze for me to incorporate these into my daily routine.
I also appreciate that these are good for adults and kids.

taste bad, it was just that I couldn't distinguish a flavor.
