Quality set

This set of five resistance bands for home fitness are a very nice quality! They come in a clear vinyl carry bag with a zipper so that I can take them with me when I go anywhere. This way i have my fitness program with me even when I travel! They have an instruction manual that comes with them, that helps me to know which bands are which strength, and which ones to use for what part of my body. They are easy to use and easy to clean.
