This is perfect for our dog!!! We have a pit bull so as you can expect his bowls are quite large. They fit perfectly with extra room to spare. Whenever food or water is spilled it is held on the mat and does not get kicked all around the house lol! I would recommend this to anyone with a larger dog as it works wonders!! Would work for alot of other areas like a front door mat as well!!
