This is a loud and not fun to assemble fountain. So, why am I giving it 5 stars? Because the cat loves it! I see her drinking out of this one rather that attempting to drink from a sink or shower. We did have a metal one but the hard water ruined it so fast. This is NOT ultra quiet but then maybe it was because I didn't assemble it correctly.
