I can't say that this is perfect. Could use some upgrades. It just doesn't offer enough for some muscles. The highest setting is 30 and it still isn't enough for certain parts of the body. When pressing too hard it will randomly just stop and zero out but not lose power. That is rather annoying. Overall it is still a great tool to have if you have aches and pains.Some relief is better than none at all.
