Cute!!

These are quite good, they light up really well. The only trouble is they don't stay where they should. They fall to one side as the dog is walking. So it ends up hanging off one shoulder and the dog is then only lit up from one side and in darkness on the other. 

It’s really well made, the fabric is a good quality, the clips are all secure. 

 I have the blue one which stands out really clearly at night. 

Overall, it is the best I've so far bought for lighting up my dogs, but still not great.
