Both my wife and I cant use this as its too big (we are both 5'9") -- the strap is like for someone thats a body builder- the other problem is that the strap does not have velcro hooks where they could work -- there is alittle portion rght after the hook, and at the tip, but nothing between. If there was hooks between the two places, it would fit perfect
