The pills are medium-sized liquid gels and are very easy to swallow. I've been taking them for a little less than a week, but I have noticed that I am experiencing slightly less anxiety. I am VERY prone to worry, stress, etc so this is a relief for me. I've always wanted to try krill, and I am glad that I did! I'll be a regular purchaser.
