This therapy ball by #LiVOND is great. I love that you can use it warm or cold . Works great for my restless leg and my shoulder alike . At $17.99 it's perfect for rolling against my shoulder blade or my thighs. Either way it's terrific. I like I can put it in the refrigerator for a bit and get a longer period of time w/ a nice cold pack or I can soak it in warm water and use it warm. The size is perfect too at only 2 1/2 inches. If you're recouperating or in physical therapy this is definitely something you're going to want to purchase.
