Overall, a good hair straightener that eliminates that fried/burned hair smell.

For this review I had to ask my female friend with curly hair to try this out for me because my hair is short so this is also her review. the hair straightener heats up quickly and works very well for thick curly hair that I have. The best part is that there is no burning hair smell like there was in the normal iron type hair straighteners probably because of the infrared technology. overall it is great and I will see how long it lasts and if I get the same results each time its used.

Packaging:

• The hair straightener came in a retail box which had another more durable box inside.
• Includes a case, a manual, and a warranty support card

Pros:

• Has a good build quality and does not feel flimsy.
• Infrared eliminates burned hair smell.
• Good button placement and has a lock on on one end for the paddles.

Cons:

• None for now and will see how long it lasts. Also, the first box was a little bit difficult to open but that is not the product.

• Really nice package and presentation.
