This is a great mount

I love this mount holder. 

Compared to other similar mounts, I went with this particularly because of its silicone build and strap. Other bicycle mounts you loosen and screw on, so they can only fit a particular size bar. This one is more flexible, stretchable and adjustable. I bought this initially for my husband to use on his electric kick scooter. The handle bars on his scooter have a rubber covering and completely cover the whole bar from one end to the other. So a regular bicycle mount will not fit since it is thicker. This one fits and fits well. But I ended up using it on my non-electric kick scooter since his handle bars are rather short and do not leave much room for his hands with the mount on. It fits perfectly on the metal bar of my kick scooter. It also fits on the rubber portion of the handle bars, if I wanted it there. I now have an electric kick scooter of my own and the mount also fits on its rubbered handle bars. The handle bars on my e-scooter are slightly longer than on my husband's, so I am also able to use the mount on that if I wanted to. I do not though because while it has more room, it still is not much. So it has become remounted on my manual kick scooter.

The phone holder works very well. It keeps it in place pretty securely. The strap, despite it being wound around the bar as tight as it can, can sometimes slide the phone forward or backwards on the bar, but the phone holder still holds it just fine. I have another mount that uses a case to hold the phone and while you can still access the touch screen, it is through a plastic covering. So it can be a little frustrating to operate the phone through a plastic barrier. I like that this mount is case free so I have to no trouble operating my phone.
