Review: Fresion Universal Backpack w/ External USB Charging + Rain Cover

Before the backpack even arrived at our office, I was already much excited to test it out to the fullest. In which I did, since I've received it back in January and it's basically the end of the year now. Within the last nine months, I've brought this backpack everywhere with hundreds of miles tracked on it and other residues as well. Since it served as a carrying case for my photography gear, basic cinematography accessories, laptop, and iPad carrying case and essentially a backpack itself. Spoiler Alert: It's one beast of a backpack that survived more than a normal backpack would.

Before we discuss what is inside the backpack, I want to show a bit of attention towards the exterior and how the company truly shines in this department. On the front, you'll see contrasting shades of black/dark grey as it wraps from the front to the sides of the backpack. It's simple yet elegant with minimal work from the manufacturer. Bravo, indeed! As the back features a breathable-like backing and a single pocket towards the bottom perfect for storing your smartphone and other small devices. The straps are also lined with this breathable-like material to keep you comfortable no matter how long you're wearing it. Plus, a USB port is built into one of the folds in which we'll talk about later.

To open the backpack, simply unzip from either side up and around the top then back down. Once opened, you'll be revealed to the pockets, slots and storage spaces for basically anything you will like to carry, respectfully. On the opening side, I've managed to fit my MacBook Pro 13-inch and my iPad 9.7-inch snug like a glove. To ensure that it moves as little as possible, they included built-in corner straps.

While inside the backpack itself, you'll find two large pockets and a zip pocket towards the top. I chucked in one of my portable chargers and connected it to the built-in USB cable. This allowed me to easily charge any device while wearing the backpack out and about. This is so handy when I'm running low on juice on my iPhone 7, my Galaxy S8 and even my iPad every now and then. In other cases, I've found myself storing my lenses for my Sony DSLr; as well as the DSLr too. Traveling with the backpack was a breeze and worry-free knowing that my equipment was safely stored away from the elements. It's truly a backpack of all wonders and one that I recommend for more than the common folk.
