I honestly had my concerns about this ball but thought it couldn't hurt to try!! But let me tell you it's amazing it holds temps quite nice it arrived hot due to heat and so I used it right away!! It rolls nice pressure can be adjusted and it stayed warm! So later I wanted to try it on my daughter as she just got home from cheerleading i made it cold. It didn't take long to get cold and stayed cold for hours! I definitely recommend!!
